Graphics – Intel UHD Graphics for 11th Gen vs AMD Radeon Vega 6
The Ryzen 3 3250U laptop comes with Integrated Intel UHD graphics for 11th Gen (Intel UHD Graphics Xe G4 48EUs), whereas the Ryzen 3 3250U laptop features AMD Radeon Vega 6 graphics.
Since the system uses a maximum of 64-bit dual-channel memory, Intel cannot use the Intel® Iris® Xe brand name for the graphics. Hence, they name it Intel UHD graphics for 11th generation CPUs.
The Intel UHD Xe G4 48EUs Graphics is better than AMD Radeon Vega 6 graphics. Here is the full comparison
Both 15s-fr2006TU (11th Gen i3 Laptop) and 15s-gr0012AU (Ryzen 3 3250U Laptop) feature 8 GB RAM, but the fr-2006TU has slightly faster RAM at 2666 MHz than 2400 MHz on gr0012AU.
The 15s-fr2006TU features 512 GB SSD storage, whereas the 15s-gr0012AU has dual storage in 1 TB and 256 GB SSD. Though the dual storage memory is more, it consumes more power. Hence, this laptop displays inferior battery life. Hence, it is an individual’s preference whether the user wants single or dual storage.
All the other features, like Display, operating systems, and software, are similar. However, the 15s-gr0012AU offers an additional RJ45 ethernet port, whereas the 15sfr2006TU does not.
We recommend the 15s-fr2006TU with i3 1115G4 over the HP 15s-gr0012AU with Ryzen 3 3250U because it features a comparatively more powerful CPU and graphics. These parameters define the laptop’s overall performance. Although other specifications are more or less similar, the 15s-fr2006TU is better, despite costing a couple of thousand rupees more than the 15s-gr0012AU.
Let us look at some other HP models that use these CPUs.
